Tempe Councilman, Randy Keating, joined Arizona's Morning News to talk about how he issued a demand with the Maricopa County Recorder's Office that all relevant and appropriate records be preserved for potential litigation against Justin Heap in regard to a recent video showing employees moving a ballot scanner.
