Rick Mitchell, the Executive Director of the Homeless I.D. Project and Chris Rich, the President of the project, joined Arizona's Morning News to talk about what they are doing to stop homelessness. Rick Mitchell says that 75% of people who are homeless today, will not be homeless in a year.
