A serial rapist is stalking the streets of Ogden, Utah. Police are on the hunt for both the rapist and the source of a string of lingerie survey phone calls. Cary Hartmann turns to psychics and a private investigator in his search for his missing girlfriend, Sheree Warren. Meanwhile, detective Jack Bell begins to learn one of his key suspects is harboring secrets.
