For 36 years Ralph Menzies has been on death row for the murder of Maurine Hunsaker. If a judge signs his death warrant, it will lead to his execution by firing squad. Menzies, age 66, has no remaining appeals. Now attorneys are stating that Menzies is mentally incompetent for execution, due to dementia.  Greg Skordas, KSL Legal Analyst joins the show to give analysis.
