A video of a construction crew in Utah saving an owl from drowning went viral. The video shows the owl who was soaked and struggling to stay afloat inside a massive water basin was rescued using a metal basket attached to the crane. Jake Wilkins, assistant superintendent of PCL, the company who helped lead rescue efforts explains what happened and how the owl was released after the rescue.
