The Trump administration has now launched an investigation into the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) under claims that they could be violating federal law based on gender identity policy, under Title IX. 

But State Superintendent Chris Reykdal says this has 'nothing' to do with Title IX.
