The US government will no longer try and collect about $62 billion in past-due pandemic loans made to small businesses. The loans were part of the COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan program. The GAO also reported that states have spent just 45% of COVID aid. Eric Boehm from Reason joins to discuss the lessons learned from the unnecessary pandemic bailouts.
