You may have seen them in your neighborhood or online, but there is a statewide effort to gather signatures...so that a new referendum can get onto the ballot. The referendum proposes to reverse a recently passed law that would ban collective bargaining for public employees. 

We spoke with Brad Asay, president of the American Federation of Teachers Union in Utah, about what needs to be done to give voters a say on this legislation.
