On Wednesday, the Utah Senate approved a plan to spend a billion dollars on a Major League Baseball stadium.  Now, Gov. Spencer Cox's signature is one of the few roadblocks between Utah and an MLB team.  The co-host of KSL at Night, Taylor Morgan, is also a tax specialist, and he joins us to answer a few questions.
