State Senator Theresa Hatathlie tells KTAR she's aware of at least one Navajo woman who has been questioned by Immigration and Customs Enforcement at her workplace in Scottsdale. She believes it was an instance of racial profiling. Senator Hatathlie recommends Navajo tribal members carry a copy of their Certificate of Indian Blood with them and keep a picture on your phone.
