It was just announced that Utah Goalie Connor Ingram won the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy. The award honors the late Bill Masterton and recognizes the NHL player who “best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship, and dedication to hockey.”

During the interview, Ingram talked with host Jay Stevens about his battle with OCD and depression and how the NHLPA helped him see it through.

If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health issues, there is help available at the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline or by calling 988.
