In 2017, 28-year-old Brian Housley was shot in Ogden in what police believe was a case of mistaken identity. Days later, he died from his injuries. Now, the cold case has been reopened, and investigators are hoping for new leads. KSL TV’s Andrew Adams reports on the search for answers and the legacy Brian left behind.
