Heal the City is gearing up for its 10th annual Scarth Scramble golf tournament. The tournament is set for Saturday, August 23 starting at 9 a.m. at the Ross Rogers Golf Course. Kelsey Davis visits with the nonprofit along with the Scarth family to learn more about the tournament’s history.
