Eggslut, an international breakfast restaurant chain with locations stretching as far as London and Tokyo, has found a new home—Seattle.
Its newest location will be at 1531 Melrose Avenue in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, replacing Homegrown Sandwiches.
Egglsut is known for its assortment of egg-themed breakfast sandwiches, served on a toasted brioche bun, and sides including its truffle hashbrowns.
