Brian Heywood and Let's Go Washington are going to be gathering signatures again for two new initiatives relating to the parent's bill of rights and protecting female athletes' right to fair competition.   Brian concedes that he may see his initiatives manipulated by the legislature, like his previous Parents Bill of Rights initiative, but says "if they play games with you, you can't just take your ball and go home.  At this point it's about punching back"
