Ginny Burton was a drug addict for 30 years and went to prison three times before she found her way off of the streets.   Now she produces a series on Youtube talking to those who are still struggling and calling out politicians whose policies, she says, are not compassionate, but enabling and deadly.   Her new documentary goes inside Seattle's low barrier housing system and exposes the unsafe and drug-filled conditions that often end in death.
