A new proposal from Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. could block Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients from using benefits to buy junk food. Kennedy says that not only will the policy keep Americans healthy, but it could also reduce taxpayer spending.
