At the Gage Academy of Art, Drawing Jam has returned! There will be professionals giving live art demonstrations, live music and plenty more during this family friendly event. Hear the classic tale as told by your favorite Muppets and I promise you will have a new favorite Christmas song to sing! The first of three Santa Cons is this Saturday! Santa Con is a perfect way to spread holiday cheer while enjoying some holiday spirits! The website describes Santa Con as more than a pub crawl, it's more of a parade of holiday cheer with live entertainment, costume contests, professional photography and plenty more. Speaking of Santa, the Puyallup Santa Parade is this weekend! At 5 pm, floats, lights and of course Santa will head down S Meridian Street! You can start your holiday fun a little earlier with the Holiday Market running from 12-7 in Puyallup. A perfect combo of holiday fun during the first weekend of December. Holiday Magic has come to the Washington State Fairgrounds. This 13 day event will have everything you need to celebrate the holidays with face painting,  rides, a huge variety of food and drinks, ice skating, a holiday market and plenty more! Get details and more at thefair.com 


There's free jazz today at the Seattle Art Museum courtesy of the Seattle Women's Jazz Orchestra as part of the SAM Performs series. The performance is two hours long, with a break from 12:45-1:15. Get more details at seattleartmuseum.org

There are plenty of ways to do some holiday shopping this weekend and keeping it local! The PhinneyWood Winter Festival is this weekend and there will be over 140 makers showing off their goods, and when you do your shopping at the the festival, you will be supporting the Phinney Neighborhood Association. As Buddy the Elf taught us, the best way to spread Christmas Cheer is by singing loud for all to hear, and that's exactly what will be going down Saturday at the The Great Figgy Pudding! This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for Pike Market Senior Center and Food Bank and money is raised by teams of carolers! All the fun starts at noon on Saturday at Pike Place Market.
