I’m a 3rd generation teachers who works in a low income school district and we are only given minimal resources to purchase materials for our classroom. Last year, I spent close to $500 of my own money purchasing pencils, notebooks, binders, and everything to make my classroom a safe space. Our students seem to need the most support and we do not have enough to give. Any help would be much appreciated for a young (and broke lol) teacher who wants the best for her students.
