Our expert guest today unwraps what is a growing issue -- people who struggle during through holidays when so many people around them seem more upbeat, "merry and bright".  Licensed mental health counselor Christopher Anderson says the somber emotions of a blue Christmas due to personal loss  is often felt more keenly during the holiday season, as compared to other parts of the year.
