Description
Back in 1936, a 19 year old Seattle Filmmaker named Richard Lyford was in the middle of making his seventh film, called the Scalpel. This film was shot here in Seattle and used Lyford's signiture style and creative use of his limited resources, acting as an indie director long before the term became popular.
However... the film was never released in it's entirety until this year.
